It seems like Itch IO has implemented a new automated system. If they are preventing access to the download I suggest you take this to the Itch Support Team. My content is pretty straight forward (mega folder link) so I'm a bit confused here.
I also emailed the support. This is likely hurting my sales if they're showing this when you open a link to my store page.
